Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Richmond)

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a sales associate. It has been weighing on me all week. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
