Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Providence)

We are a household of 4 and need to cut costs quickly. I worked as a store manager before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
