Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Providence)

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $450 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
