Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Portland)

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an accounts payable clerk. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
