Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Pittsburgh)

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $800 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
