Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Minneapolis)

I have 10 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a project coordinator. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
