Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Milwaukee)

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a customer-service rep. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
