Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?, medical assistant here

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a medical assistant. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
