Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Madison)

I have 14 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an accounts payable clerk. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $350 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
