Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - first time posting

We are a household of 3 and need to cut costs quickly. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $350 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
