Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a pharmacy technician. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
