Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?, event coordinator here

We are a household of 15 and need to cut costs quickly. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $750 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
