Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Detroit)

I have 8 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a social media manager. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
