Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Dallas)

We are a household of 16 and need to cut costs quickly. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1050 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
