Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a retail manager. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
