Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an operations analyst. Any experience at all would help. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
