Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $500 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
