Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?, call-centre agent here

I have 14 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a call-centre agent. Any experience at all would help. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
