Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a project coordinator. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
