Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Boise)

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a school bus driver. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
