Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Atlanta)

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a welding apprentice. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $850 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
