Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
