Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 10 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a delivery driver. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

A simple budget with three columns, fixed, flexible and optional, made decisions faster.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $400 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
