Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a forklift operator. It has been a long 12 weeks. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $850 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
