Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

We are a household of 15 and need to cut costs quickly. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $600 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
