Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

We are a household of 15 and need to cut costs quickly. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
