Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 2 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an accounts payable clerk. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
