Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I worked as a forklift operator before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $250 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
