Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

We are a household of 12 and need to cut costs quickly. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
