Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
