Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a web developer. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $650 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
