Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a procurement assistant. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
