Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a copywriter. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $550 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
