Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 8 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a graphic designer. I am in St. Louis, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $400 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
