Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a school bus driver. I worked as a school bus driver before this. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
