Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

I have 6 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an administrative assistant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $950 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
