Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

We are a household of 14 and need to cut costs quickly. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $800 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
