Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - any advice?

We are a household of 13 and need to cut costs quickly. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
