Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 9 years as a machine operator

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a machine operator. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $800 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
