Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 9 years as a bookkeeper

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a bookkeeper. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $900 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
