Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 8 years as a welding apprentice

We are a household of 8 and need to cut costs quickly. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $900 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
