Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 7 years as a logistics coordinator

We are a household of 7 and need to cut costs quickly. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $750 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
