Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 6 years as a janitorial supervisor

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a janitorial supervisor. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $500 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
