Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 3 years as a social media manager

We are a household of 3 and need to cut costs quickly. Any experience at all would help. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
