Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 17 years as a social media manager

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a social media manager. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
