Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 17 years as a forklift operator

I have 2 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a forklift operator. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?
