Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 16 years as a school bus driver

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a school bus driver. Any experience at all would help. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $750 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
