Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? after 11 years as an event coordinator

I have 9 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an event coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
