Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a customer-service rep. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
