Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - 8 months and counting

We are a household of 13 and need to cut costs quickly. It has been a long 19 weeks. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1000 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
